In<\/span> the body’s<\/span> composition<\/span> I look for the balance of life. The forces that compose a body<\/span>balance and stabilize, <\/span>and<\/span> the<\/span> body<\/span>s<\/span> even while <\/span>moving<\/span>they<\/span>,<\/span> are<\/span> sturdy and well built <\/span>:<\/span>their<\/span> torsions<\/span> are balanced by straight lines<\/span>, steady <\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The body’s unesase is<\/span>supported by its potent mass. Its<\/span>form<\/span> is stretched<\/span> unitl its meaning<\/span> is lost<\/span> and it becomes abstract,<\/span> a geometric research<\/span> that satisfies<\/span> the vision<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

When <\/span>I create<\/span> a body<\/span> I think of a building:<\/span> a stable and permanent structure ,<\/span> that,<\/span> even if pervaded by uneasiness,<\/span> still has great stability<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

I trust that firmness<\/span> should be intended as adoption of responsability:<\/span> it’s not a body that can be intrerpreted,<\/span> it’s a powerful one<\/span>.<\/span>. I<\/span>don’t<\/span> paint<\/span> fragile people.<\/span> It’s a wish,<\/span> so that they<\/span> will be the protagonists<\/span> of their lives<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n
