The artist<\/span>has to choose a field, the duty take a position. Art also has to be the manifestation of an ideality The “open” work that everyone can interpret as they wish, often has the limit of not actually making the artist or the spectator take an ideal or moral position. Transforming the ideal position in art is hard: often times one falls in the obvious or banal, but it’s a necessity. The artist has to not be ambiguous, nor leave his work open to interpretation, he must, instead, be clear and transparent in on his position in favor or not of a subject, and that has to be recognizable in his work.<\/span><\/p>\n

I understad that the absence of open interpretation of the artwork can be a limit. The artwork needs to have a force of his own given by the idea it expresses and the courage of the artist. Even when an idea is not supported by the viewer, its value must be recognized: of this nature is my love for Sironi. <\/span><\/p>\n

Too many social questions need to find a solution, a language, new positions. There is a need for beauty, research, a deep look in a suoerficial and standardized World. There is a need for art and its reserch, which is the essence of it.<\/span><\/p>\n
